This Amendment requires the following: (1) That an owner of a motorcycle who is enrolled in an experienced rider course at the time of application for a motorcycle club’s special registration plate must provide verification of completion of the course to the motorcycle club. (2) That the Division of Motor Vehicle shall revoke a special registration plate if a motorcycle club notifies the Division that an owner has not completed the experienced rider course. (3) That a motorcycle club have 25 applicants for its special registration plate before the Division may issue the special registration plate. This Amendment also creates a nonexclusive list of motorcycle clubs for which the Division could issue a special registration plate. This Amendment also makes a technical correction to line 36 to ensure consistent use of “special registration plate”.
