This Amendment specifies that Seasonal Patrol Officers are not authorized to enforce a limited category of class D environmental regulations concerning the act of sport fishing. It also provides the Director of the Division of Parks and Recreation with the authority to establish policies that limit or define the duties and enforcement powers of Seasonal Patrol Officers, as the Director may deem appropriate within the rules and regulations of the Division.
