AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE TERM OF SCHOOL BOARD MEMBERS.

This Act reduces the term of a member elected to a school board from 5 years to 4 years for members elected after December 31, 2021. This Act also makes technical corrections for clarity and to conform existing law to the standards of the Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual.
