AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 18 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ESTABLISHMENT OF A DELAWARE COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL POLICE FIREFIGHTERS' RETIREE PENSION PLAN.
Reverse funding of City of Wilmington’s reserve fund in the State/County/Municipal Police/Firefighter plan enables the City of Wilmington to get its fiscal problems in order, yet provide retirees an adjustment in their pensions during this period of time. All State funds provided will be on an actuary basis as required.
