AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SALARIES AND WORKING CONDITIONS OF SCHOOL EMPLOYEES.
This Act adds certified occupational therapy assistants to the list of occupations that qualify for a salary supplement equal to 6% of base salary for receiving national certification.
