Public comment will be accepted in person as well as virtually on the legislative portion of the agenda. Please make sure to include full name, and support for or opposition to the bills on the agenda and whether testimony will be offered in-person or virtually.  

Due to the constraints of the Committee’s scheduled meeting time, the Chair will determine a reasonable length for individual public comment during the legislative portion of the agenda based on the total number of registrants and will announce testimony time limits and rules of order at the meeting.

Written remarks on legislative agenda items may be submitted to Valerie.McCartan@delaware.gov. Public comment provided in writing will be accepted prior to the committee meeting and up to 24 hours after the meeting adjourns. All written public comments will be made part of the official record.
