Please be advised that the Bond Bill Committee will convene Fiscal Year 2027 capital budget hearings, commencing on Monday, April 27, 2026, and concluding on April 30, 2026. The hearings will take place in the Joint Finance Committee Hearing Room, located on the Ground Floor of Legislative Hall.
Seating for members of the public will be limited, with additional accommodation available in the cafeteria. Public comments may be made during the hearings in person, or individuals may register to participate via the daily Zoom webinar links, which will be accessible through the legislative and public meeting calendars. Furthermore, members of the public are encouraged to submit written comments to: Bond_Public_Comment@delaware.gov.
The hearings will also be live-streamed via a link found on the General Assembly’s website: https://legis.delaware.gov/.
