All Senate committees have a virtual participation option as part of its announced hybrid format. In the case of inclement weather next week that forces the cancellation of the Senate's Legislative Session, committees may be held in a virtual-only format at the discretion of the Senate President Pro Tempore. In the event of inclement weather, please check back here for an update about the meeting format.

Public Comment: Upon completing the registration form at the registration link listed above, registrants will receive an email containing the virtual meeting link, meeting ID, and password. This email also includes options to join the meeting via telephone.
Members of the public who wish to provide public comment will be called upon in the order in which they pre-registered and given 2 minutes to speak.
*Written remarks may be submitted to Madeline.Starling@delaware.gov Public comment provided in writing will be accepted prior to the committee meeting and up to 24 hours after a hearing has adjourned. All written comments will be considered part of the official record.
