AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 6 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO MOTORCYCLE WARRANTIES
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §5001(1), Title 6, Delaware Code by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underline as follows:
§5001 Definitions.
As used in this chapter:
(1) “Automobile” means any passenger motor vehicle, except motorcycles, which is leased or bought in Delaware or registered by the Division of Motor Vehicles in the Department of Transportation except the living facilities of motor homes.
