AN ACT TO AMEND THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF WYOMING AND TOWN OF CAMDEN TO REMOVE OR "DE-ANNEX" FROM THE TOWN OF CAMDEN CERTAIN PROPERTY ADJACENT TO THE TOWN OF WYOMING AND TO ANNEX THAT SAME CERTAIN PROPERTY INTO THE TOWN OF WYOMING

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):

Section 1. Amend the corporate limits of the Town of Camden as described in Chapter 125, Volume 74, Laws of Delaware and as such limits are to be reflected on a map to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Kent County pursuant to Chapter 139, Volume 76, Laws of Delaware, as amended, by removing from the corporate limits of the Town of Camden, that certain parcel being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at an iron pipe set, a corner for this lot and said Cox lands, said beginning point located the following three (3) courses and distances from the intersection of the Westerly line Route 10 (at 60 feet) with the Southerly line of a private entrance to Camden Wyoming Little League (30 feet wide), (1) with the Westerly line of Route 10, South 49 degrees West 558.3 feet more or less, to a corner for lands now or late of William & Gene Brown, (2) thence with same, North 41 degrees 15 minutes West 628.8 feet to a point, (3) thence North 24 degrees 02 minutes East 100 feet, thence from said point of beginning the following four (4) courses and distances; (1) with the Northerly line of said Cox lands, North 62 degrees 26 minutes 11 seconds West 574.48 feet to a set iron pipe, a corner for lands of said Nursery, (2) thence with the same, North 24 degrees 02 minutes East 509.23 feet to a set iron pipe in line of said Wyoming Concrete lands, (3) thence with the same South 74 degrees 28 minutes East 579.76 feet to a found concrete post base, a corner for said lands of Camden Wyoming Little League, (4) thence with the same, South 24 degrees 02 minutes West 630.03 feet to a point, the point of beginning. Containing 7.50 acres of land, more or less, as further described in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Kent County in Deed Book D, Volume 135, Page 263, and as further identified as Tax Map Number NM-02-094.00-01-17.01-000.

Section 2. Amend the corporate limits of the Town of Wyoming as described in Chapter 189, Volume 43, Laws of Delaware, as amended, and as such limits are to be reflected on a map to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Kent County pursuant to Chapter 450, Volume 77, Laws of Delaware, by adding or annexing into the corporate limits of the Town of Wyoming, that certain parcel being more particularly described as follows:
