AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF MILFORD RELATING TO ELECTIONS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Chapter 405, Volume 77, Laws of Delaware by adding the following to Article II, Section 2.01(a) thereof:
"Except that, in any year when the fourth Saturday in April falls between Good Friday and Easter Sunday, the annual municipal election shall be held on the third Saturday of April.".
Section 2. This Act shall become effective upon its enactment into law.
