AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DIVISION OF PROFESSIONAL REGULATION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Chapter 87, § 8735, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by inserting a new subsection (u) to read as follows:
"(u) Any board, commission, committee or council listed in § 8735(a) of this Title shall have the authority to delegate to the Director or his or her designee the authority to issue permits and licenses administratively using specific criteria agreed upon by each such entity and the Director."
