AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 18 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO AUTOMOBILE CLUBS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §908A, Title 18, Delaware Code, by inserting the following at the end of the section:
"This definition does not include an entity that enters into a service contract with an automobile club licensed under this chapter for the provision of emergency road service and towing service to the entity’s customers."
