AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 4, TITLE 4 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DIVISION OF ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO ENFORCEMENT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Chapter 4, Title 4 of the Delaware Code by making insertions as shown by underlining and deletions as shown by strike through as follows::
§ 402. Location of office.
The main office of the Division shall be in New Castle County.
