A BILL TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE TO EXPAND THE MOVE ON OVER LAW TO INCLUDE TOW TRUCKS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend § 4134 of Title 21 of the Delaware Code by inserting the following after the words "flashing amber or red and amber lights" in paragraph (b): ", or upon approaching a stationary tow truck, which is giving a signal by displaying alternately flashing amber, white, or amber and white lights,".
