AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend §9011C, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by deleting § 9011C in its entirety.
Section 2. Amend §9013C(5), Title 29 of the Delaware Code by deleting paragraph (5) in its entirety and inserting therein the following:
"(5) The Director of the Office of Management or Budget; and
(6) Five members selected to serve at the discretion of the Governor."
Section 3. Amend §9013C, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by inserting a paragraph (c) to read as follows:
"(c) The Council shall meet at least quarterly."
