AN ACT TO AMEND THE CITY OF WILMINGTON'S HOME RULE CHARTER TO RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PERSONNEL, PERSONNEL DIRECTOR AND PERSONNEL CODE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. AMEND the City of Wilmington’s Home Rule Charter by striking "Department of Personnel" and substituting "Department of Human Resources" in lieu thereof, by striking "Personnel Department" and substituting "Human Resources Department" in lieu thereof; by striking "Personnel Director" and substituting "Human Resources Director" in lieu thereof; and by striking "Personnel Code" and substituting "Human Resources Code" in lieu thereof; wherever the same appear in Article VII, Chapter 2 and throughout the Charter.
