AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SPECIFIC OFFENSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §812(a)(2), Title 11 of the Delaware Code by deleting the language "$500" as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof the language "$1000".
Section 2. Amend §812(a)(2), Title 11 of the Delaware Code by deleting the language "200" as it appears therein and substituting in lieu thereof the language "250".
