AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 9 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE ENFORCEMENT OF AN ORDER TO CONNECT TO A SANITARY SEWER.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend § 6517(b), Title 9 of the Delaware Code by inserting the phrase "in a Justice of the Peace Court in Sussex County or" between "action" and "in the Court".
Section 2. Amend § 2321(b), Chapter 23, Title 9 of the Delaware Code by adding the phrase "in a Justice of the Peace Court in New Castle County or" after the word "action" and before the phrase "in the Court".
