AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE ASSESSMENT OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Three-fifths of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):

Section 1. Amend § 4607(a), Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking the dollar amount "$50" as it appears therein and substituting the dollar figure "$100" in lieu thereof.
