HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 2
AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 19 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO COLLECTIVE BARGAINING.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend § 1311A(b)(3), Chapter 13, Title 19, Delaware Code by striking the phrase "parole and probation officers".
Section 2. Amend § 1311A(b)(9), Chapter 13, Title 19, Delaware Code by adding the phrase "parole and probation officers of the Department of Correction," after the phrase "environmental control officers," and before the phrase "alcoholic beverage control officers".
