AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 30 AND TITLE 31 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DELAWARE CHILDREN'S TRUST FUND ACT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Chapter 4, Title 31 of the Delaware Code by striking Chapter 4 (Delaware Children’s Trust Fund Act) in its entirety.
Section 2. Amend Chapter 11, Title 30 of the Delaware Code by striking § 1186 (Delaware Children’s Trust Fund) in its entirety.
Section 3. Any funds remaining in the Delaware Children’s Trust Fund as of the effective date of this Act or subsequently dedicated thereto shall revert to the State and be donated by the Secretary of Finance to the Delaware Community Foundation for use in programs and grants benefiting Delaware’s children.
