AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 3 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend § 1504(a)(1), Chapter 15, Title 3 of the Delaware Code by deleting the phrase "within a 9-month period exclusive of the calendar month in which the test was completed" and inserting, in lieu thereof "within a 14-month period exclusive of the calendar month in which the test was completed".
