AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 7, CHAPTER 5 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO GAME PRESERVES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Subchapter V, Chapter 5, Title 7 of the Delaware Code by deleting the word "Experimental," as it appears in the heading of Subchapter V and by deleting the word "experimental" where it appears in §566, §567 and §569, Title 7 of the Delaware Code.
