AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO AUTHORIZED EMERGENCY VEHICLES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §4134, Title 21, of the Delaware Code, by adding a new subsection (d) to read as follows:
"(d) Any person violating subsection (b) of this section who hits, strikes, or in any way contacts an emergency responder, causing physical injury, with his or her vehicle shall be guilty of a Class F Felony."
