AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 10 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO FAMILY COURT JURISDICTION OVER MOTOR VEHICLE VIOLATIONS
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §927(a) of Title 10 of the Delaware Code by adding the following new subparagraph between existing subparagraphs (13) and (14) and redesignating “(14)” as “(15)”:
“(14) Aggressive Driving under §4175A, whether or not the predicate offenses required under that section are within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Family Court or not,”
Section 2. Further amend §927(a) of Title 10 of the Delaware Code by addition the following new subparagraphs between existing subparagraphs (14) and (15) and redesignating “(15)” through “(28)” as “(18)” through “(31)”.:
“(16) Driving after consumption of alcohol under §4177L;
(17) Operating a bicycle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and under §4198J;”
