AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 85, TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PRIVATE BUSINESS AND TRADE SCHOOLS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §8505(a)(2), Chapter 85, Title 14 of the Delaware Code by deleting “$5,000” as it appears in the third sentence therein and substituting “$25,000” in lieu thereof.
Section 2. Amend §8505(b)(1), Chapter 85, Title 14 of the Delaware Code by deleting the amount “$5,000” as it appears therein and substituting “$25,000” in lieu thereof.
