AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 7 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO AMERICAN LOBSTERS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 2501, Title 7 of the Delaware Code by adding the following after the phrase “5 ½ inches”:
“except that beginning July 1, 2008 no male or female lobster may be taken or possessed that has a carapace length measuring more than 5 ¼ inches”.
