AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO POSSESSION OF A WEAPON IN A SAFE SCHOOL AND RECREATION ZONE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §1457(f), Title 11 of the Delaware Code by deleting the word “legitimate” after the word “any” and before the word “sporting” in the first sentence and substituting in lieu thereof the words:
“school authorized”.
