AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO DISPLAY OF LICENSE PLATES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §2126(d), Title 21, Delaware Code by deleting “, (b) or (c)” therein, by inserting in lieu thereof “or (b)”, and by adding at the end thereof the following:
“Whoever violates subsection (c) of this section shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $200.”.
