AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 21, TITLE 5 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO MORTGAGE LOAN BROKERS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 2103(b), Title 5 of the Delaware Code by striking the figure “$250” and substituting in its place
the figure “$500”.
Section 2. Amend §2103(b), Title 5 of the Delaware Code by adding immediately after the first sentence thereof the following:
“$250 of the aforementioned license fee shall be allocated to and for the assistance of the Delaware Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program.”
