AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PERSONS DIAGNOSED WITH MENTAL RETARDATION AND OTHER SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §5530(a), Title 16, Delaware Code, by deleting from paragraph (4), the word “or”, and further by deleting from paragraph (5), the period “.”, and by substituting in lieu thereof the phrase “; or ”.
Section 2. Amend §5530(a), Title 16, Delaware Code, by adding a new paragraph (6) to read as follows:
“(6) Nieces and Nephews.”.
