AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 30 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE REALTY TRANSFER TAX AND FARMLAND PRESERVATION FUND.
Section 1. Amend Chapter 54, Title 30 of the Delaware Code by creating a new §5426 to read as follows:
“§5426. On or before October 15 of each fiscal year, the State shall transfer $10 million in receipts received under Chapter 54 of Title 30, to the Farmland Preservation Fund maintained under Chapter 9 of Title 3 of the Delaware Code.”
Section 2: This Act shall be effective for fiscal years beginning after June 30, 2005.
