AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 10 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS FOR THE STATE OF DELAWARE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §5903, Chapter 59 of Title 10 of the Delaware Code by adding after the phrase “appears that the petition”, the phrase “or a notice thereof”.
