SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1
AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DELAWARE STATE ARTS COUNCIL.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §8728, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by inserting a new subsection (c) to read as follows:
“(c) The Governor may appoint members for terms of less than 3 years to ensure that the Board members’s terms expire on a staggered basis.”
Section 2. Amend §8728 Title 29 of the Delaware Code by relettering “(c)”, “(d)” and “(e)” as “(d)”, “(e)” and “(f)” respectively.
