AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 5 OF THE DELAWARE CODE AND VOLUMES 70 AND 72 OF THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE RELATING TO THE BANK FRANCHISE TAX.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §1105(d), Title 5 of the Delaware Code, by striking “2007” as it appears therein and by substituting in lieu thereof “2012”.
Section 2. Amend Section 4, Chapter 486, Volume 70 of the Laws of the State of Delaware, as amended by Section 2, Chapter 331, Volume 72 of the Laws of the State of Delaware, and also Amend Section 3, Chapter 331, Volume 72 of the Laws of the State of Delaware, by striking “2007” as it appears therein and by substituting in lieu thereof “2012”.
Section 3. This Act shall be effective for tax years beginning after December 31, 2006 and ending before January 1, 2012.
