AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 3 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO REGULATING THE SALE AND USE OF PESTICIDES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 1224(c), Chapter 12, Title 3 of the Delaware Code by striking the phrase "a class C" in the first sentence and substituting in lieu thereof the phrase "an unclassified".
