AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 7 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO FOOD FISHING LICENSES AND FOOD FISHING EQUIPMENT PERMITS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend Title 7, §914(5), by striking the words "April 1" as they appear therein and substituting in lieu thereof the words "December 31."
Section 2. Amend Title 7, §915(e) by striking the subsection (e) in its entirety, and by redesignating the remaining subsections accordingly.
