AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 10 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE JUSTICE OF THE PEACE CONSTABLES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend Title 10, Section 2805, Delaware Code, by deleting the existing section 2805, and by substituting in lieu thereof a new section 2805, to read as follows:
"§2805. Residence requirement.
Every justice of the peace constable appointed pursuant to this chapter shall reside within the State of Delaware. If the constable removes from the State, the office shall thereupon become vacant."
