AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 7 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE RECYCLING OF OUT OF STATE RECYCLABLE MATERIALS AT DELAWARE SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY FACILITIES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend Title 7, Chapter 64, Subchapter 1, §6428, by inserting after the first sentence the following:
"However, recyclable materials generated outside the State may be delivered for recycling to a recycling center or facility operated by, or on behalf of, or under contract with the Authority."
