AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 10 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE COURT OF CHANCERY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend Section 372(a), Title 10, Delaware Code, by adding the words "Unless expressly prohibited by a statute pursuant to which a particular cause has been initiated in the Court of Chancery," at the beginning thereof, by changing the capital letter "T" in what is currently the first letter of the first word thereof to a small "t" and by deleting the words "in such particular cause" from the end thereof.
Section 2. This amendment shall not apply to any cause commenced prior to the date this Act becomes effective, unless otherwise agreed by all parties to such cause.
