AN ACT PERMITTING A TEMPORARY TRANSFER OF MAJOR CAPITAL SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION FUNDS IN THE APPOQUINIMINK SCHOOL DISTRICT UPON THE APPROVAL OF THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary, the Department of Education is authorized to approve a temporary transfer between major capital construction projects authorized in the Appoquinimink School District Certificate of Necessity dated March 24, 2000. The temporary transfer shall not exceed seven months. The Appoquinimink School District shall not be authorized to change any conditions or incur any obligations in excess of the Certificate of Necessity dated March 24, 2000.
