AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SCHOOL BOARDS OF REORGANIZED SCHOOL DISTRICTS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 1048(c) of Title 14 of the Delaware Code by striking the phrase "such quorum to consist of at least 3 school board members or, in the case of a vocational-technical school board, at least 4 school board members" and replacing it with the phrase:
"such quorum to consist of a majority of the members of the board.".
