AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 24 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE BOARD OF PROFESSIONAL COUNSELORS OF MENTAL HEALTH.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §3010(b) of Title 24 of the Delaware Code by inserting after the word "licensure" and before the semi-colon";" the following:
"and is certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors, Inc. (NBCC), or the Academy of Clinical Mental Health Counselors (ACMHC), or other national mental health specialty certifying organization acceptable to the Board."
