AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29, CHAPTER 80 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE COUNCIL ON SHELLFISHERIES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §8007(c), Title 29, of the Delaware Code by adding the words "or conching" after the word "lobstering" and before the ".".
Section 2. Amend §8007, Title 29 by deleting subsection (f) in its entirety and by relettering paragraph "(g)" to "(f)".
