AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 7 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE CLEAN AIR ACT TITLE V OPERATING PERMIT PROGRAM.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Three-fifths of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Title 7, § 6097(c) of the Delaware Code by deleting "2000, 2001 and 2002" after the phrase "calendar years" and inserting in lieu thereof "2003, 2004 and 2005".
Further Amend Title 7, § 6097(c) of the Delaware Code by deleting "1996" after the phrase "identified in the" and inserting in lieu thereof "1999".
Amend Title 7, § 6097(d) of the Delaware Code by deleting "December 31, 2002" at the end of the Subsection and inserting in lieu thereof "December 31, 2005".
Amend Title 7, § 6097(e) of the Delaware Code by deleting "1996" after the phrase "as listed in" and inserting in lieu thereof "1999".
Amend Title 7, § 6097(f) of the Delaware Code by deleting "1996" after the phrase "Sources not included in the" and inserting in lieu thereof "1999".
Further Amend Title 7, § 6097(f) of the Delaware Code by deleting the word "application" after the word "permit".
Amend Title 7, § 6097(g) of the Delaware Code by deleting the date "December 31, 2002" after the word "After" and inserting in lieu thereof "December 31, 2005".
Section 2. Amend Title 7, § 6099 of the Delaware Code by deleting the date "February 3, 2003" after the word "before" and inserting in lieu thereof "February 3, 2006".
