AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO CERTAIN EXEMPTIONS FROM THE PROVISIONS OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES ACT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §10102(1), Title 29, of the Delaware Code by inserting the words ", the University of Delaware, Delaware State University, Delaware Technical & Community College," between the words "school districts" and "and other political subdivisions".
