AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 12 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO REVENUES FROM ABANDONED OR UNCLAIMED PROPERTY AND THE TRANSPORTATION TRUST FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §6102, Title 29, Delaware Code, by adding thereto a new subsection (r) to read as follows:
"(r) The State shall transfer each fiscal year the first $10 million in receipts received under Chapter 11(ii) of Title 12, that would otherwise be deposited to the General Fund, to the Transportation Trust Fund maintained under Chapter 14 of Title 2 of the Delaware Code."
