AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 11, TITLE 9, DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO NEW CASTLE COUNTY GOVERNMENT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §1141(e), (1), and (g), Chapter 11, Title 9, Delaware Code by adding the phrase "Unless otherwise provided by law," at the beginning of each such subsection before the word "In".
