AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO REPORTING OF ABUSE OR NEGLECT IN NURSING HOMES AND SIMILAR FACILITIES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-Thirds of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend §1132 of Title 16 of the Delaware Code by adding a new sub-section (d) to read as follows:
"(d) Any individual who intentionally makes a false report under this subchapter shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor."
